Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 s 56

s 56 Transfer of property

Subject to the provisions of this Act, all moveable or immoveable properties vested in the Council immediately before the appointed date shall on that day be vested in the Corporation without any conveyance, assignment or transfer.

Tertakluk kepada peruntukan Akta ini, segala harta alih atau tak alih, yang terletak hak pada Majlis sebaik sebelum tarikh yang ditetapkan hendaklah pada hari itu terletak hak pada Perbadanan tanpa apa-apa pemindahakan, penyerahhakan atau pemindahan hakmilik.
