Audit Act 1957 s 1

s 1 Short title

(1) (a) This Act may be cited as the Audit Act 1957. (b)–(c) (Omitted). (2) This Act shall apply to the audit of the accounts of the Federation, of the States and of such other public authorities and specified bodies as are subject to audit by the Auditor General.

(1) (a) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Audit 1957. (b)–(c) (Ditinggalkan). (2) Akta ini hendaklah terpakai bagi pengauditan akaun Persekutuan, Negeri-Negeri dan pihak berkuasa awam dan badan yang ditentukan yang lain yang tertakluk kepada pengauditan oleh Ketua Audit Negara.
