Audit Act 1957 s 10
(1) The Minister may, after consulting the National Finance Council, make such regulations not inconsistent with this Act as are necessary for the purposes of the Act. (2) All regulations made under this section shall be laid before the Dewan Rakyat at the next meeting after their making.
Peraturan-peraturan
(1) Menteri boleh, selepas berunding dengan Majlis Kewangan Negara, membuat apa-apa peraturan yang selaras dengan Akta ini sebagaimana yang perlu bagi maksud Akta ini. (2) Semua peraturan yang dibuat di bawah seksyen ini hendaklah dibentangkan di hadapan Dewan Rakyat dalam mesyuaratnya yang berikutnya selepas peraturan-peraturan itu dibuat.
