s 2A Free zone

For the purpose of this Act, a free zone shall be deemed to be a place outside Malaysia. In this section, the expression “free zone” has the meaning assigned to it under section 2 of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438].

Zon bebas

Bagi maksud Akta ini, sesuatu zon bebas hendaklah disifatkan sebagai suatu tempat di luar Malaysia. Dalam seksyen ini, ungkapan “zon bebas” mempunyai erti yang diberikan kepadanya di bawah seksyen 2 Akta Zon Bebas 1990 [Akta 438].
