s 4 Officers to be public servants
Every person employed on any duty or service relating to the sales tax shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Tiap-tiap orang yang diambil kerja untuk sesuatu kewajipan atau perkhidmatan yang berhubungan dengan cukai jualan hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
