s 47 Sessions Court to have full jurisdiction
Notwithstanding the provisions of any written law to the contrary, a Sessions Court shall have jurisdiction to try any offence under this Act and to impose punishment under this Act for any such offence.

Mahkamah Sesyen hendaklah mempunyai bidang kuasa penuh
Walau apa pun peruntukan mana-mana undang-undang bertulis yang berlawanan, Mahkamah Sesyen hendaklah mempunyai bidang kuasa bagi membicarakan apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini dan bagi mengenakan hukuman di bawah Akta ini bagi kesalahan itu.
