s 90A Interpretation

In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires— “Tioman” means the Island of Tioman and the islands of Soyak, Rengis, Tumok, Tulai, Chebeh, Labas, Sepoi and Jahat; “principal customs area” means Malaysia exclusive of Labuan, Langkawi and Tioman.

Dalam Bahagian ini, melainkan jika konteksnya menghendaki makna yang lain— “kawasan utama kastam” ertinya Malaysia tidak termasuk Labuan, Langkawi dan Tioman; “Tioman” ertinya Pulau Tioman dan pulau Soyak, Rengis, Tumok, Tulai, Chebeh, Labas, Sepoi dan Jahat.
