s 25 Disinfection or destruction of articles

(1) A veterinary authority may order the disinfection or destruction of any bedding, clothing, harness, fittings, buckets, pails or utensils whatsoever used in connection with any infected animal or bird, and compensation to be assessed by the veterinary authority shall be payable for any articles so destroyed. (2) Any person who fails without lawful excuse to comply with any order made under this section shall be liable to a fine of one hundred ringgit.
