Animals Act 1953 s 27

s 27 Disinfection of vehicles

(1) A veterinary authority may order the disinfection of any vehicle or conveyance entering or leaving an area declared to be an infected area under section 36, or which has been used in the transport of any animal or bird infected with or reasonably believed to be infected with disease. (2) Any person who fails without lawful excuse to comply with any order made under this section shall be liable to a fine of one hundred ringgit.
