Animals Act 1953 s 33

s 33 Disposal of dead animal or bird

(1) The owner or person in charge of any animal or bird that has died from disease or has been destroyed by order of a veterinary authority shall burn or otherwise dispose of the carcass as the veterinary authority may direct. (2) Any person who fails without reasonable excuse to comply with any direction given by a veterinary authority under subsection (1) shall be liable to a fine of one hundred ringgit.
