s 50 Award to informer

(l) The Court by which any fine is imposed under this Part of this Act may award any portion not being more than half to the informer. (2) Subject to such award, every fine imposed under this Act in respect of any offence committed within the limits of any Municipality shall be paid to the Councillors, to be applied by them for the purposes of any Municipal Ordinance for the time being in force.
