Malaysian Health Promotion Board Act 2006 s 21

s 21 Accounts and reports

(1) The Board shall cause to be kept proper accounts of the Fund and proper reports of its activities. (2) As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, the Board shall cause to be prepared for the financial year a statement of accounts of the Board which shall include a balance sheet and an account of income and expenditure and a statement of its activities. (3) The Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Annual Reports) Act 1980 [Act 240] shall apply to the Board.
