Akademi Seni Budaya dan Warisan Kebangsaan Act 2006 s 16

s 16 Appointment of other staff

(1) The Board may appoint, on such terms and conditions of service as may be approved by the Board, such other staff including appropriate academic staff as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of the Akademi. (2) A member of the staff appointed under subsection (1) shall be under the general direction and control of the Rector.
