Malaysian Pepper Board Act 2006 s 14

s 14 Public servant

Every member of the Board or any of its committees or any officer, servant or agent of the Board, while discharging his duties as such member, officer, servant or agent shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Pekhidmat awam

Tiap-tiap anggota Lembaga atau mana-mana jawatankuasanya, atau mana-mana pegawai, pekhidmat atau ejen Lembaga, semasa menunaikan kewajipannya sebagai anggota, pegawai, pekhidmat atau ejen Lembaga hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
