The Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Annual Reports) Act 1980 [Act 240] shall apply to the Board and any corporation established under this Act.

Akta Badan Berkanun (Akaun dan Laporan Tahunan) 1980 [Akta 240] hendaklah terpakai bagi Lembaga dan mana-mana perbadanan yang ditubuhkan di bawah Akta ini.
