s 33 Power to establish corporations
(1) The Board may, with the approval of the Minister and the Minister of Finance, by order published in the Gazette, establish a corporation, by such name as the Board thinks fit, to carry out and have the charge, conduct and management of any project, scheme or enterprise which has been planned or undertaken by the Board in the performance of its functions, the exercise of its powers or the discharge of its duties.
(2) The provisions of the Second Schedule shall apply to every corporation established by the Board under subsection (1).

Kuasa untuk menubuhkan perbadanan
(1) Lembaga boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri dan Menteri Kewangan, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, menubuhkan suatu perbadanan, dengan apa-apa nama yang difikirkan patut oleh Lembaga, untuk menjalankan dan untuk menjaga, mengelolakan dan menguruskan apa-apa projek, skim atau perusahaan yang telah dirancangkan atau diusahakan oleh Lembaga pada melaksanakan fungsinya, menjalankan kuasanya atau menunaikan kewajipannya.
(2) Peruntukan Jadual Kedua hendaklah terpakai bagi tiap-tiap perbadanan yang ditubuhkan oleh Lembaga di bawah subseksyen (1).
