Malaysian Pepper Board Act 2006 s 40
Notwithstanding sections 38 and 39, an authorized officer may at any time enter any premises for the purpose of— (a) inspecting any pepper, pepper product, conveyance, machinery, contrivance, equipment, book, record, document or other article as he considers necessary; (b) verifying the accuracy of records or statements or any information given to an authorized officer or to the Board; or (c) collecting samples of any pepper or pepper product.
Kuasa untuk memasuki premis
Walau apa pun seksyen 38 dan 39, seorang pegawai diberi kuasa boleh pada bila-bila masa memasuki mana-mana premis bagi maksud— (a) memeriksa apa-apa lada, keluaran lada, kenderaan, jentera, peralatan, kelengkapan, buku, rekod, dokumen atau benda lain sebagaimana yang difikirkan perlu; (b) mengesahkan ketepatan rekod atau pernyataan atau apaapa maklumat yang diberikan kepada pegawai diberi kuasa atau kepada Lembaga; atau (c) memungut sampel apa-apa lada atau keluaran lada.
