s 80 Membership of dissolved Board
(1) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the members of the dissolved Board and the members of any committee appointed under the repealed Regulations who held office before the appointed day shall cease to hold office on that day.
(2) Nothing in subsection (1) shall affect the accountability of the outgoing members of the dissolved Board and as soon as practicable after the appointed day, the dissolved Board shall prepare and submit to the Minister a report including the financial statements required under the respective repealed Regulations, but the report shall be limited to the period from 1 January of the relevant year to the day before the appointed day.
(3) Notwithstanding section 75, the dissolved Board shall continue in existence for the purposes of subsection (2).

Keanggotaan Jemaah dibubarkan
(1) Walau apa pun apa-apa yang berlawanan, anggota Jemaah dibubarkan dan anggota mana-mana jawatankuasa yang dilantik di bawah Peraturan-Peraturan dimansuhkan yang memegang jawatan sebelum hari ditetapkan hendaklah terhenti memegang jawatan pada hari itu.
(2) Tiada apa-apa jua dalam subseksyen (1) boleh menjejaskan kebertanggungjawaban anggota Jemaah dibubarkan yang terhenti memegang jawatan dan dengan seberapa segera yang dapat dilaksanakan selepas hari ditetapkan, Jemaah dibubarkan hendaklah menyediakan dan mengemukakan kepada Menteri laporan termasuk penyata kewangan yang dikehendaki di bawah masing-masing Peraturan-Peraturan dimansuhkan, tetapi laporan itu hendaklah terhad kepada tempoh dari 1 Januari tahun yang berkenaan hingga hari sebelum hari ditetapkan.
(3) Walau apa pun seksyen 75, Jemaah dibubarkan hendaklah terus wujud bagi maksud subseksyen (2).
