International Interests in Mobile Equipment (Aircraft) Act 2006 s 3

s 3 Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires— “this Act” includes any subsidiary legislation made under this Act; “Cape Town Convention” means the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment; “Minister” means the Minister charged with the responsibility for civil aviation; “aircraft object” means any airframe, aircraft engine and helicopter as defined under Article I(2) of the Aircraft Protocol; “Aircraft Protocol” means the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment.

Dalam Akta ini, melainkan jika konteksnya menghendaki makna yang lain— “Akta ini” termasuklah apa-apa perundangan subsidiari yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini; “Konvensyen Cape Town” ertinya Konvensyen tentang Kepentingan Antarabangsa mengenai Kelengkapan Bergerak; “Menteri” ertinya Menteri yang dipertanggungkan dengan tanggungjawab bagi penerbangan awam; “objek pesawat udara” ertinya apa-apa kerangka pesawat udara, enjin pesawat udara dan helikopter sebagaimana yang ditakrifkan di bawah Perkara I(2) Protokol Pesawat Udara; “Protokol Pesawat Udara” ertinya Protokol kepada Konvensyen tentang Kepentingan Antarabangsa mengenai Kelengkapan Bergerak tentang Perkara-Perkara Khusus pada Kelengkapan Pesawat Udara.
