International Interests in Mobile Equipment (Aircraft) Act 2006 s 8

With regard to the remedies in Article IX(1):
(a) they shall be made available by the registry authority and the administrative authorities in a Contracting State, as applicable, no later than five working days after the date on which the creditor notifies such authorities that it is entitled to procure those remedies in accordance with the Convention; and
(b) the applicable authorities shall expeditiously co-operate with and assist the creditor in the exercise of such remedies in conformity with the applicable aviation safety laws and regulations.

Mengenai remedi dalam Perkara IX(1):
(a) remedi itu hendaklah dijadikan boleh didapati oleh pihak berkuasa pejabat pendaftaran dan pihak berkuasa pentadbiran dalam Negara Pejanji, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, tidak lewat daripada lima hari bekerja selepas tarikh pemiutang memberitahu pihak berkuasa itu bahawa ia berhak untuk mendapatkan remedi itu mengikut Konvensyen; dan
(b) pihak berkuasa yang berkenaan hendaklah secepat mungkin bekerjasama dengan dan membantu pemiutang dalam melaksanakan remedi itu bertepatan dengan undang-undang dan peraturan-peraturan keselamatan penerbangan yang terpakai.
