s 12 Power of the Minister of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry to give direction

The Minister of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry may, from time to time, give directions to the Board in respect of agriculture policies to be pursued by the Bank and the Board shall comply with such directions.
