Bank Pertanian Malaysia Berhad Act 2008 s 16
The Minister may, from time to time, make such regulations as may be necessary or expedient for giving full effect to the provisions of this Act, for carrying out or achieving the objects and purposes of this Act or any provisions thereof, or for the further, better or more convenient implementation of the provisions of this Act.
Peraturan-peraturan
Menteri boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, membuat apa-apa peraturan yang perlu atau suai manfaat bagi memberikan kuat kuasa sepenuhnya kepada peruntukan Akta ini, bagi menjalankan atau mencapai tujuan dan maksud Akta ini atau mana-mana peruntukannya, atau untuk melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini dengan lebih lanjut, lebih baik atau lebih mudah.
