s 19 Continuation and completion of disciplinary proceedings
(1) Where on the vesting date any disciplinary proceedings are pending or exist against any employee of the Bank Pertanian Malaysia who has opted into the service of the Bank, such proceedings shall be continued and completed by the Bank, and the law applicable to such employee immediately before the vesting date in relation to such proceedings shall apply to the proceedings continued and completed under this section.
(2) An order, ruling or direction made or given by a disciplinary authority of the Bank pursuant to this section shall, in respect of such employee, have the same force and effect as an order, ruling or direction made or given by the Disciplinary Committee or Disciplinary Appeal Committee of the Bank Pertanian Malaysia, as the case may be, under the laws referred to in subsection (1).

Penerusan dan penyelesaian prosiding tatatertib
(1) Jika pada tarikh letak hak apa-apa prosiding tatatertib belum selesai atau wujud terhadap mana-mana pekerja Bank Pertanian Malaysia yang telah memilih untuk masuk ke dalam perkhidmatan Bank, prosiding itu hendaklah diteruskan dan diselesaikan oleh Bank, dan undang-undang yang terpakai bagi pekerja itu sebaik sebelum tarikh letak hak berhubung dengan prosiding itu hendaklah terpakai bagi prosiding yang diteruskan dan diselesaikan di bawah seksyen ini.
(2) Suatu perintah, keputusan atau arahan yang dibuat atau diberikan oleh suatu pihak berkuasa tatatertib Bank menurut seksyen ini hendaklah, berkenaan dengan pekerja sedemikian, mempunyai kuat kuasa dan kesan yang sama dengan perintah, keputusan atau arahan yang dibuat atau diberikan oleh Jawatankuasa Tatatertib atau Jawatankuasa Rayuan Tatatertib Bank Pertanian Malaysia, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, di bawah undang-undang yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1).
