International Trade in Endangered Species Act 2008 s 8

s 8 Lead Scientific Authority and Scientific Authority

(1) The Lead Management Authority shall be the Lead Scientific Authority. (2) The Lead Scientific Authority may appoint such number of Scientific Authorities as may be necessary to provide advice on international trade in scheduled species.
