East Coast Economic Region Development Council Act 2008 s 20

s 20 Review and alteration of the East Coast Economic Region Master Plan

(1) The Council or the State Government of Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang or Johor may propose any review of or alteration to the East Coast Economic Region Master Plan, and the Council and the State Government affected may jointly review or alter the East Coast Economic Region Master Plan. (2) Sections 17, 18 and 19 shall apply, with the necessary modifications, in relation to a review and an alteration of the East Coast Economic Region Master Plan as it applies in relation to the preparation of the draft East Coast Economic Region Master Plan and the subsequent approval and adoption by the State Government affected by such review and alteration.

Kajian semula dan pengubahan Pelan Induk Wilayah Ekonomi Pantai Timur

(1) Majlis atau Kerajaan Negeri Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang atau Johor boleh mencadangkan apa-apa kajian semula ke atas atau pengubahan kepada Pelan Induk Wilayah Ekonomi Pantai Timur, dan Majlis dan Kerajaan Negeri yang terjejas boleh bersesama mengkaji semula atau mengubah Pelan Induk Wilayah Ekonomi Pantai Timur. (2) Seksyen 17, 18 dan 19 hendaklah terpakai, dengan ubah suaian yang perlu, berhubung dengan suatu kajian semula dan suatu pengubahan Pelan Induk Wilayah Ekonomi Pantai Timur sebagaimana seksyen-seksyen itu terpakai berhubung dengan penyediaan draf Pelan Induk Wilayah Ekonomi Pantai Timur dan diikuti dengan Kerajaan Negeri yang terjejas oleh kajian semula dan pengubahan itu meluluskan dan menerima pakai draf Pelan Induk Wilayah Ekonomi Pantai Timur itu.
