East Coast Economic Region Development Council Act 2008 s 32
It shall be the duty of the Council to conserve the Fund by so performing its functions and exercising its powers under this Act to secure that the total revenues of the Council are sufficient to meet all sums properly chargeable to its revenue account, including depreciation and interest on capital, taking one year with another.
Pemeliharaan Kumpulan Wang
Menjadi kewajipan Majlis untuk memelihara Kumpulan Wang dengan melaksanakan fungsinya dan menjalankan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini dengan sedemikian cara demi memastikan bahawa jumlah hasil Majlis adalah mencukupi untuk membayar semua jumlah wang yang dipertanggungkan dengan sepatutnya kepada akaun hasilnya, termasuk susut nilai dan bunga atas modal, dari setahun ke setahun.
