East Coast Economic Region Development Council Act 2008 s 33
(1) The Council shall establish, receive and manage funds for the purposes specified in the Third Schedule. (2) The accounts of the funds under subsection (1) shall be kept separate and apart from those of the Fund. (3) The Prime Minister may, from time to time, by order published in the Gazette amend the Third Schedule.
Dana khas
(1) Majlis hendaklah menubuhkan, menerima dan menguruskan suatu dana bagi maksud-maksud yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Ketiga. (2) Akaun dana khas di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah disimpan secara berasingan dan dipisahkan daripada akaun Kumpulan Wang. (3) Perdana Menteri boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, meminda Jadual Ketiga.
