East Coast Economic Region Development Council Act 2008 s 53
The Council may, with the approval of the Prime Minister, make such regulations as may be expedient or necessary for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, regulations may be made for prescribing fees, costs and any other charges under paragraph 25(2)(a) and in such other cases as may be determined by the Council.
Kuasa untuk membuat peraturan-peraturan
Majlis boleh, dengan kelulusan Perdana Menteri, membuat apa-apa peraturan-peraturan yang suai manfaat atau perlu bagi melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini dengan lebih baik, dan tanpa menjejaskan yang terdahulu, peraturan-peraturan boleh dibuat bagi mengenakan fi, kos, dan apa-apa caj lain di bawah perenggan 25(2)(a) dan dalam apa-apa hal lain yang ditentukan oleh Majlis.
