Geologists Act 2008 s 18

s 18 Returns, reports, accounts and information

(1) The Board shall furnish to the Minister, and any public authority as may be specified by the Minister, such returns, reports, accounts and information with respect to its activities and finances as the Minister may require or direct. (2) The returns, reports, accounts and information referred to in subsection (1) shall be in such form and shall contain such information relating to the proceedings and policy of the Board and any other matter as the Minister may specify.

Penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat

(1) Lembaga hendaklah memberi Menteri, dan mana-mana pihak berkuasa awam sebagaimana yang dinyatakan oleh Menteri, apa-apa penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat berkenaan dengan kegiatan dan kewangannya sebagaimana yang dikehendaki atau diarahkan oleh Menteri. (2) Penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) hendaklah dalam apa-apa bentuk dan hendaklah mengandungi apa-apa maklumat yang berhubungan dengan prosiding dan dasar Lembaga dan apa-apa perkara lain sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Menteri.
