Geologists Act 2008 s 19
s 19 Register
(1) The Board shall keep and maintain a Register of Geologists that shall be in parts as follows:
(a) Part A — that shall contain the names, registration numbers, business addresses and other particulars of registered professional geologists;
(b) Part B — that shall contain the names, registration numbers, business addresses and other particulars of registered graduate geologists;
(c) Part C — that shall contain the names, registration numbers, business addresses and other particulars of registered practitioners; and
(d) Part D — that shall contain the names, registration numbers, business addresses and other particulars of registered foreign geologists.
(2) There shall be indicated against the name of each registered geologist and registered practitioner kept in the Register his qualifications and particulars of any conditions or restrictions imposed by the Board under this Act.

Daftar
(1) Lembaga hendaklah menyimpan dan menyenggara suatu Daftar Ahli Geologi yang hendaklah terdiri daripada bahagian seperti yang berikut:
(a) Bahagian A — yang hendaklah mengandungi nama, nombor pendaftaran, alamat perniagaan dan butir-butir lain ahli geologi profesional berdaftar;
(b) Bahagian B — yang hendaklah mengandungi nama, nombor pendaftaran, alamat perniagaan dan butir-butir lain ahli geologi siswazah berdaftar;
(c) Bahagian C — yang hendaklah mengandungi nama, nombor pendaftaran, alamat perniagaan dan butir-butir lain pengamal berdaftar; dan
(d) Bahagian D — yang hendaklah mengandungi nama, nombor pendaftaran, alamat perniagaan dan butir-butir lain ahli geologi asing berdaftar.
(2) Maka hendaklah ditunjukkan bersetentangan dengan nama setiap ahli geologi berdaftar dan pengamal berdaftar yang disimpan dalam Daftar kelayakannya dan butir-butir tentang apa-apa syarat atau sekatan yang dikenakan oleh Lembaga di bawah Akta ini.
