s 28 Form and manner of application for registration
All applications for registration under this Act shall be made to the Board in the prescribed form and manner and shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee.

Borang dan cara permohonan bagi pendaftaran
Semua permohonan bagi pendaftaran di bawah Akta ini hendaklah dibuat kepada Lembaga dalam borang dan mengikut cara yang ditetapkan dan hendaklah disertakan dengan fi yang ditetapkan.
