s 30 Certificate of registration
(1) On receipt of the prescribed fee, the Registrar shall issue to the applicant whose application has been approved by the Board a certificate of registration in the prescribed form.
(2) Every certificate of registration shall expire on 31 December of the year in which it is issued and shall after that be renewable annually on payment of the prescribed fee.
(3) In any proceedings, a certificate of registration shall be conclusive proof that the person named in it is registered under this Act.

Perakuan pendaftaran
(1) Apabila menerima fi yang ditetapkan, Pendaftar hendaklah mengeluarkan kepada pemohon yang permohonannya telah diluluskan oleh Lembaga suatu perakuan pendaftaran dalam bentuk yang ditetapkan.
(2) Tiap-tiap perakuan pendaftaran hendaklah tamat tempohnya pada 31 Disember tahun perakuan pendaftaran itu dikeluarkan dan hendaklah selepas itu boleh dibaharui secara tahunan setelah dibayar fi yang ditetapkan.
(3) Dalam apa-apa prosiding, sesuatu perakuan pendaftaran hendaklah menjadi bukti muktamad bahawa orang yang dinamakan dalamnya didaftarkan di bawah Akta ini.
