Geologists Act 2008 s 36
A registered geologist or a registered practitioner whose name has been removed from the Register shall, within fourteen days after the geologist or practitioner is notified by registered post of the removal, surrender to the Board the certificate of registration issued to him under this Act.
Perakuan hendaklah dikembalikan
Seseorang ahli geologi berdaftar atau seseorang pengamal berdaftar yang namanya telah dipotong daripada Daftar hendaklah, dalam masa empat belas hari selepas ahli geologi atau pengamal itu diberitahu melalui pos berdaftar tentang pemotongan itu, menyerahkan balik kepada Lembaga perakuan pendaftaran yang dikeluarkan kepadanya di bawah Akta ini.
