Geologists Act 2008 s 48
s 48 Appeal
(1) Any registered geologist or registered practitioner who—
(a) has been refused registration by the Board;
(b) has been registered but is dissatisfied with any condition or restriction imposed by the Board under this Act;
(c) having been registered has had his name removed from the Register pursuant to an order of the Board made under section 33; or
(d) is not satisfied with any order of the Board made under section 33,
may, within twenty-one days of being so notified, appeal to the Minister, who shall then make a decision.
(2) The notice of appeal under subsection (1) shall be in writing and a copy of the notice of appeal shall be sent to the Chairman.
(3) The decision of the Minister on an appeal under subsection (1) shall be final and shall not be questioned in any court.

Rayuan
(1) Mana-mana ahli geologi berdaftar atau pengamal berdaftar yang—
(a) telah ditolak pendaftarannya oleh Lembaga;
(b) telah didaftarkan tetapi tidak berpuas hati dengan apaapa syarat atau sekatan yang dikenakan oleh Lembaga di bawah Akta ini;
(c) setelah didaftarkan telah dipotong namanya daripada Daftar menurut perintah yang dibuat oleh Lembaga di bawah seksyen 33; atau
(d) tidak berpuas hati dengan apa-apa perintah yang dibuat oleh Lembaga di bawah seksyen 33,
boleh, dalam masa dua puluh satu hari setelah diberitahu sedemikian, merayu kepada Menteri, yang kemudiannya hendaklah membuat keputusan.
(2) Notis rayuan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah dibuat secara bertulis dan sesalinan notis rayuan itu hendaklah dihantar kepada Pengerusi.
(3) Keputusan Menteri tentang sesuatu rayuan di bawah subseksyen (1) adalah muktamad dan tidak boleh dipersoalkan dalam mana-mana mahkamah.
