s 12 Chairman to be principal managing officer
(1) The Chairman shall be the principal managing officer of the Authority and shall be responsible for the preparation of programmes, schemes or projects for the consideration of the Authority, for the issue of policy guidance or of elucidation of decisions of the Authority to the Deputy Chairman and the other officers and servants of the Authority and for the supervision and control over the implementation of such decisions.
(2) All officers and servants of the Authority shall be under the general control of the Chairman.
(3) The Chairman shall perform such other or further duties as the Minister may from time to time determine.

Pengerusi hendaklah menjadi ketua pegawai pengurus
(1) Pengerusi hendaklah menjadi ketua pegawai pengurus Lembaga dan hendaklah bertanggungjawab bagi menyediakan program, skim atau projek untuk pertimbangan Lembaga, bagi nengeluarkan panduan dasar atau penerangan mengenai keputusar Lembaga kepada Timbalan Pengerusi dan pegawai dan pekhidma lain dan bagi menyelia dan mengawal pelaksanaan keputusan itu. di ba Siemaalig aa Pangerkbidmat Lembaga hendaklah terletak
(3) Pengerusi hendaklah melaksanakan apa-apa kewajipan lain atau tambahan sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa. Timbalan Pengerusi hendaklah menjadi Pengurus Besar
