s 17 Establishment of the Fund
(1) For the purposes of this Act there is established a fund to be administered and controlled by the Authority.
(2) The Fund shall consist of—
(a) such sums as may be provided from time to time for those purposes by Parliament or the Legislative Assembly of the State;
(b) such sums as may be allocated from time to time to the Authority from loan funds;
(c) moneys earned by the operation of any project, scheme or enterprise financed from the Fund;
(d) moneys earned or arising from any property, investments, mortgages, charges or debentures acquired by or vested in the Authority;
(e) any property, investments, mortgages, charges or debentures acquired by or vested in the Authority;
(f) sums borrowed by the Authority for the purpose of meeting any of its obligations or discharging any of its duties; and
(g) all other sums or property which may in any manner become payable to or vested in the Authority in respect of any matter incidental to its powers and duties.
(3) In this section the expression “loan funds” means such sums as may be made available from time to time to the Government of the Federation by way of loan.

Penubuhan Kumpulan Wang
(1) Bagi maksud Akta ini, ditubuhkan suatu kumpulan wang yang ditadbirkan dan dikawal oleh Lembaga.
(2) Kumpulan Wang hendaklah terdiri daripada— ke sepnasa bagi waksud hu dieh Parilimen dai Denan Undangan Negeri;
(b) apa-apa jumlah wang yang diuntukkan dari semasa ke semasa kepada Lembaga daripada wang pinjaman;
(c) wang yang didapati daripada menjalankan apa-apa projek, skim atau perusahaan yang dibiayai daripada Kumpulan Wang; wang yang didapati atau yang terbit daripada apa-apa harta, pelaburan, gadai janji, gadaian atau debentur yang diperoleh oleh atau yang terletak hak pada Lembaga; ' apoeniur yane, fiparbuth oldiai yan ediak stak pada Lembaga; () jumlah wang yang dipinjam oleh Lembaga bagi ztau memalaekan mama-naana dardaada dewajıpannya, dan
segala jumlah wang atau harta lain yang boleh dengan apa-apa cara kena dibayar kepada, atau terletak hak pada, Lembaga berkenaan dengan apa-apa perkara yang bersampingan dengan kuasa dan kewajipannya.
(3) Dalam seksyen ini ungkapan "kumpulan wang pinjaman" ertinya apa-apa wang yang dapat diadakan dari semasa ke semasa bagi Kerajaan Persekutuan sebagai pinjaman. Pengimbangan akaun hasil
