s 27 Power to make loans
In the execution of its duty or in the discharge of its functions, the Authority may make loans, and such loans may be granted subject to such terms and conditions as the Authority may deem fit to impose in particular cases.

Pada melaksanakan kewajiparnya atau pada menjalankan fungsinya Lembaga boleh memberikan pinjaman, dan pinjaman itu boleh diberikan tertakluk kepada apa-apa terma dan syarat yang difikirkan oleh Lembaga patut dikenakan dalam hal tertentu.
