s 28 Powers to establish corporation
(1) The Authority may from time to time by Order published in the Gazette establish a corporation by such name as the Authority may think fit to carry out and have the charge, conduct and management of any project, scheme or enterprise which has been planned or undertaken by the Authority in execution of its duties or discharge of its functions.
(2) The provisions of the Second Schedule shall apply to the corporation established by the Authority under subsection (1).

Kuasa untuk menubuhkan perbadanan
(1) Lembaga boleh dari semasa ke semasa dengan Perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta menubuhkan sesuatu perbadanan dengan apa-apa nama yang difikirkan patut oleh Lembaga untuk nelaksanakan apa-apa projek, skim atau perusahaan yang telal lirancangkan atau dijalankan oleh Lembaga pada melaksanaka kewajipannya atau pada menjalankan fungsinya.
(2) Peruntukan Jadual Kedua hendaklah terpakai bagi perbadanan yang ditubuhkan oleh Lembaga di bawah subseksyen (1). Pengambilan tanah dengan paksa
