National Kenaf and Tobacco Board Act 2009 s 15
(1) The Board shall be responsible to the Minister. (2) The Minister may give the Board directions of a general character consistent with the provisions of this Act relating to the performance of the functions and the exercise of the powers of the Board. (3) The Board shall give effect to all directions given under this section as soon as possible.
Kuasa Menteri untuk memberikan arahan
(1) Lembaga hendaklah bertanggungjawab kepada Menteri. (2) Menteri boleh memberi Lembaga arahan yang bersifat umum selaras dengan peruntukan Akta ini berhubung dengan pelaksanaan fungsi dan penjalanan kuasa Lembaga. (3) Lembaga hendaklah melaksanakan semua arahan yang diberikan di bawah seksyen ini dengan seberapa segera yang mungkin.
