(1) A licensee shall exhibit his licence at all times at a conspicuous place at the premises where the business is being carried on.
(2) A licensee who fails to exhibit his licence as required under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.

Lesen hendaklah dipamerkan
(1) Seseorang pemegang lesen hendaklah mempamerkan lesennya pada setiap masa di tempat yang mudah dilihat di premis tempat urusan itu dijalankan.
(2) Seseorang pemegang lesen yang tidak mempamerkan lesennya sebagaimana yang dikehendaki di bawah subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh apabila disabitkan didenda tidak melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga bulan atau kedua-duanya.
