National Kenaf and Tobacco Board Act 2009 s 72
Notwithstanding section 70, the Director General or any officer authorized by the Director General may, where he deems fit, at any time direct that any kenaf, kenaf product, tobacco or tobacco product or the proceeds of sale thereof, or any conveyance, machinery, contrivance, equipment, book, record, document or other article seized under this Part be released to the person from whose possession, custody or control it was seized.
Pelepasan kenaf atau tembakau, dsb., yang disita
Walau apa pun seksyen 70, Ketua Pengarah atau mana-mana pegawai yang diberi kuasa oleh Ketua Pengarah boleh, jika difikirkannya patut, pada bila-bila masa mengarahkan supaya mana-mana kenaf, keluaran kenaf, tembakau atau keluaran tembakau atau hasil penjualannya, atau mana-mana pengangkut, jentera, peralatan, kelengkapan, buku, rekod, dokumen atau benda lain yang disita di bawah Bahagian ini dilepaskan kepada orang yang daripada milikan, jagaan atau kawalannya kenaf, keluaran kenaf, tembakau atau keluaran tembakau atau hasil penjualannya, atau mana-mana pengangkut, jentera, peralatan, kelengkapan, buku, rekod, dokumen atau benda lain itu disita.
