s 81 Duty to maintain secrecy
(1) Except for any of the purposes of this Act or for the purpose of any civil or criminal proceedings under any written law, no member, officer or servant of the Board or any member of a committee of the Board or any person invited to any meeting of the Board or any of its committees shall disclose any information which has been obtained by him in the course of his duties and which is not published in pursuance of this Act.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.

Kewajipan untuk mengekalkan kerahsiaan
(1) Kecuali bagi maksud Akta ini atau bagi maksud manamana prosiding sivil atau jenayah di bawah mana-mana undangundang bertulis, tiada anggota, pegawai, pekhidmat Lembaga atau mana-mana anggota sesuatu jawatankuasa atau mana-mana orang yang diundang ke mana-mana mesyuarat Lembaga atau manamana jawatankuasanya boleh menzahirkan apa-apa maklumat yang diperolehnya semasa melaksanakan kewajipannya dan yang tidak disiarkan menurut Akta ini.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh apabila disabitkan didenda tidak melebihi satu ratus ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau kedua-duanya.
