The powers, rights, privileges, liabilities, obligations and duties which immediately before the appointed date were those of the dissolved Board shall devolve on the Board established by this Act as from that date.

Pemindahan kuasa, dsb.
Kuasa, hak, keistimewaan, liabiliti, obligasi dan kewajipan yang sebaik sebelum tarikh ditetapkan ada pada Lembaga dibubarkan hendaklah dipindahkan mulai tarikh itu kepada Lembaga yang ditubuhkan oleh Akta ini.
