Judicial Appointments Commission Act 2009 s 29

s 29 Judicial commissioners may apply to be High Court judges

All judicial commissioners appointed before the coming into operation of this Act may file their applications with the Commission if they are desirous of being selected as High Court judges in accordance with the provisions of this Act within the time and manner specified by the Commission.

Pesuruhjaya Kehakiman boleh memohon untuk menjadi hakim Mahkamah Tinggi

Semua pesuruhjaya kehakiman yang dilantik sebelum permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini boleh memfailkan permohonan mereka dengan Suruhanjaya jika mereka berhasrat untuk dipilih sebagai hakim Mahkamah Tinggi mengikut peruntukan Akta ini dalam masa dan mengikut cara yang dinyatakan oleh Suruhanjaya.
