s 24 Protection from suit

An action shall not lie and prosecution shall not be brought, instituted or maintained against any person in any court for any thing done or omitted to be done or omitted to be done under this Act— (a) in good faith; (b) in the reasonable belief that it was necessary for the purpose intended to be served thereby; or (c) for carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.

Perlindungan terhadap guaman

Suatu tindakan tidak boleh diambil dan pendakwaan tidak boleh dibawa, dimulakan atau dikekalkan terhadap mana-mana orang dalam mahkamah bagi apa-apa jua yang dilakukan atau ditinggalkan daripada dilakukan di bawah Akta ini— (a) dengan suci hati; (b) dengan kepercayaan yang munasabah bahawa ia adalah perlu bagi maksud yang diniatkan untuk dicapai dengannya; atau (c) untuk melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini.
