Witness Protection Act 2009 s 29
(1) The Director General shall, not later than 31 March of the following year, submit an annual report to the Minister relating to the general operation, performance and effectiveness of the Programme. (2) The Director General may, whenever he considers it necessary to do so, submit special reports to the Minister on any matter in relation to the Programme.
Laporan kepada Menteri
(1) Ketua Pengarah hendaklah, tidak lewat daripada 31 Mac tahun yang berikutnya, mengemukakan suatu laporan tahunan yang berhubungan dengan pengendalian am, pelaksanaan dan keberkesanan Program kepada Menteri. (2) Ketua Pengarah boleh, bilamana didapatinya perlu untuk berbuat demikian, mengemukakan laporan khas kepada Menteri mengenai apa-apa perkara berhubung dengan Program.
