s 7 Application for inclusion in the Programme
(1) Any witness may apply to the Director General to be included in the Programme.
(2) An enforcement agency may, with the written consent of a witness, apply to the Director General that the witness be included in the Programme.
(3) If a witness is under eighteen years of age, a parent or guardian of the witness may apply on his behalf to be included in the Programme.
(4) Upon receipt of an application under this section, the Director General may provide interim protection and assistance to a witness.

Permohonan untuk dimasukkan ke dalam Program
(1) Mana-mana saksi boleh memohon kepada Ketua Pengarah untuk dimasukkan ke dalam Program.
(2) Sesuatu agensi penguatkuasaan boleh, dengan keizinan bertulis saksi, memohon kepada Ketua Pengarah supaya saksi itu dimasukkan ke dalam Program.
(3) Jika saksi adalah di bawah umur lapan belas tahun, ibu atau bapa atau penjaga saksi itu boleh memohon bagi pihaknya untuk dimasukkan ke dalam Program.
(4) Apabila diterima suatu permohonan di bawah seksyen ini, Ketua Pengarah boleh memberikan perlindungan interim dan bantuan kepada saksi.
