s 12 Renewal of licence
(1) A licensee may apply for a renewal of licence not later than thirty days before the date of expiry of the licence—
(a) in the manner as may be determined by the Board; and
(b) by submitting together with the application any information, particulars or documents as may be required by the Board.
(2) When an application for a renewal of licence is approved by the Board, the licence shall be renewed upon payment of the prescribed fee and the Board may vary the terms and conditions of the licence or impose additional terms and conditions.
(3) The Board may refuse to renew a licence if the licensee—
(a) has failed to comply with any of the provisions of this Act or any regulations made under this Act; or
(b) has failed to comply with any term or condition of the licence.

Pembaharuan lesen
(1) Pemegang lesen boleh memohon untuk memperbaharui lesen tidak lewat daripada tiga puluh hari sebelum tarikh habis tempoh lesen itu—
(a) mengikut cara yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga; dan
(b) dengan mengemukakan bersama dengan permohonan itu apa-apa maklumat, butiran atau dokumen sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh Lembaga.
(2) Apabila sesuatu permohonan untuk memperbaharui lesen diluluskan oleh Lembaga, lesen itu hendaklah diperbaharui apabila fi yang ditetapkan dibayar, dan Lembaga boleh mengubah terma dan syarat lesen itu atau mengenakan terma dan syarat tambahan.
(3) Lembaga boleh enggan untuk memperbaharui sesuatu lesen jika pemegang lesen—
(a) tidak mematuhi mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini atau mana-mana peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini; atau
(b) tidak mematuhi apa-apa terma atau syarat lesen.
