Feed Act 2009 s 21

s 21 Authorized officer

(1) The Minister may appoint in writing such number of public officers to be authorized officers as he thinks necessary for the purpose of this Act. (2) An authorized officer may exercise all powers vested in him under this Act or any regulations made under this Act.

Pegawai diberi kuasa

(1) Menteri boleh melantik secara bertulis apa-apa bilangan pegawai awam untuk menjadi pegawai diberi kuasa sebagaimana yang difikirkannya perlu bagi maksud Akta ini. (2) Seseorang pegawai diberi kuasa boleh menjalankan semua kuasa yang terletak hak padanya di bawah Akta ini atau mana-mana peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini.
