s 26 Power to enter premises

Notwithstanding sections 24 and 25, an authorized officer may at any time enter any premises for the purpose of— (a) inspecting any feed, feed additive, receptacle, package, conveyance, book, document or other thing as he considers necessary; (b) verifying the accuracy of records or statement or any information given to an authorized officer; or (c) collecting samples of any feed, feed additive or other substance found in the premises for the purpose of ascertaining, by testing or otherwise, whether an offence has been committed.

Kuasa untuk memasuki premis

Walau apa pun seksyen 24 dan 25, seseorang pegawai diberi kuasa boleh pada bila-bila masa memasuki mana-mana premis bagi maksud— (a) memeriksa apa-apa makanan haiwan, bahan tambahan makanan haiwan, bekas, bungkusan, pengangkut, buku, dokumen atau benda lain sebagaimana yang difikirkannya perlu; (b) mengesahkan ketepatan rekod atau pernyataan atau apa-apa maklumat yang diberikan kepada pegawai diberi kuasa; atau (c) mengambil sampel apa-apa makanan haiwan, bahan tambahan makanan haiwan atau bahan lain yang dijumpai di dalam premis itu bagi maksud menentukan, melalui ujian atau selainnya, sama ada suatu kesalahan telah dilakukan.
